
It’s a Kick!
It is important for seniors to build and maintain muscle strength and endurance to help you live an active lifestyle. That's why you will enjoy an excellent workout utilizing principles of kickboxing. This class is offered through OLLI in Prescott at Yavapai College. You will learn punches and kicks to activate lazy, unused muscles, all set to great music. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Kick it!
