Come on by and be the guest of the Prescott Film Festival and enjoy the films. They are both excellent.
Gone Fishing is by a British filmmaker and is the film fest's first foreign film.
September 16th will be the short film, (a “mockumentary”) called
A. Lincoln, a Life Embellished.
It was made by Bruce Dellis, Arizona Filmmaker of the year for 2007. Bruce has agreed to come up to Prescott and is excited about the opportunity. He’s very active in the Arizona filmmaking community and I’m sure he will be an excellent guest, and a great person to know for those of us who continue to/look forward to producing our own films.
The Prescott Film Festival will do a Focus on Film that evening. A Q&A with the Filmmaker.
The feature that evening is Gotta Dance, a fun documentary about the senior, (age 58 to mid-80’s) hip hop dance team for the New Jersey Nets basketball team. Check out the trailer for this film with a click below. See you at the movies. Enjoy!
